Yoga is my favorite exercise which helped me to improve my fitness. I started from basic steps of yoga which was really entertaining, i enjoyed learning yoga exercise their are so much to learn still in yoga their are several asanas which can give you good body poster and improve your memory and confidence. I exercise 3 times a week for an hour. I exercise this much for sports since I need to maintain and have control over my body when it comes to grueling drills we do in soccer, basketball and other sports I am in especially since I have asthma.
