or there's no reason to workout and no way to select the best exercises in developing you program. So, for motivation, you will have create some goals. I have set my goals and now i am doing my exercise according to those goals. What about you? Have you set your goals yet or not? If you have then i would like you to share your goals with us. May be we can also get something from your practice.
