Losing weight has became a serious problem for most of us but it's not so easy to lose weight these days, you should be very strict in various routine which will help you to lose weight.

1) Diet:- It is one of the important factor which will play a main role in losing weight, so you have to avoid all unhealthy foods such as junk foods, fast foods, snacks, chips etc. Have healthy diet which are high in protein and low in calories.
2) Exercise:- Their are many exercise but the best exercise is running and swimming which will help to lose belly fat as well body fats.
